Please follow these instructions:
- Sign in to the chatroom below preferably before 4:30 PM Hawaii time and wait for the the ADMIN.
- The video viewer is currently blank (this is normal). The ADMIN will arrive in the chatroom no later than 4:45 PM HI time.
- He will want to test the stream around 4:50 PM and will tell you to press the PLAY button. After you press play, the video stream is live and you should begin to see video and hear audio after a few seconds of loading time.
- After the test is done, the ADMIN will cut the stream. You need not do anything on your end.
- The ceremony (and therefore the live webcast) will begin around 5:00 PM. Maui weddings typically start late (island time), so don’t be alarmed if we don’t start until later. If you were on the test at 4:50 PM, the image and audio will come up AUTOMATICALLY. If you failed to make it to the test, you will have to press PLAY when ADMIN tells you to do so.
- If you are experiencing difficulties during the wedding, the ADMIN may be able to help you. If you are experiencing problems and can’t get the stream to come up, the last resort is to REFRESH the browser window and then press play on the video player.
