Every year, the Four Seasons Resort Maui spearheads a charity event that benefits cancer research. It’s called Day of Hope. So many people — family and friends — are stricken with the disease and so it is no surprise that people from all over the island (as well as tourists) join in on the 5K and 10K runs to help find a cure.

This year was no exception…
