How we like to do it: My girlfriend and I love to go to the Four Seasons about 30 minutes prior to sunset and enjoy a cocktail or two at the bar. They make GREAT mojitos and Mai Thais and have new innovative specialty drinks all the time. I love taking it slow, so there is nothing greater than sipping on a cocktail while watching the breath-taking Maui Sunset (Ferraro’s has sunset views almost all year long) and anticipating a delectable meal with superior service, prepared by top talent that only the Four Seasons can recruit creates for memorable suspence.
The live violin and guitar music is sensational. Go ahead and ask them to play some Led Zepplin or Nirvana and you will be pleasantly surprised how cool those legends can sound on a violin & classical guitar duette!
Pretty much everything on the menu is good, and if you’re undecided, go ahead and ask the knowledgable staff what their favorites are. They will be happy to tell you.
All in all, Ferraro’s is pricey, but every once in a while it’s nice to treat money as no object. Ferraro’s is simply a great place to have your wedding night dinner. It’s a Live Maui Magazine favorite.
